Destination Customs Clearance Issue
Note: We will take full responsibility for customs clearance issue in China (excluding transportation by sea and air, these two ways need negotiation by both sides.)
 1) How to treat products with trademark or brand logo?

Thousands of products are showed in our website, and part of them is painted or engraved with brand logo like Sony, Samsung, LG, Huawei and so on. These are from original factory, pulled parts or the third party. Regardless of the import resources, offer no relevant authorization documents for any brand-logo product. Neither do competitors in China. So there is nothing we can do under the condition that products are detained by your local customs. Our control over customs clearance is only limited to China. Customers should be responsible for local customs clearance on their own. All we can offer is only commercial invoice and packing list But we provide customers who have difficulty in custom issues with brand-logo product with special shipping channel.
2) How to make smooth customs clearance for brand-logo products?

In order to promote smooth customs clearance for customers, we specially sort out the following 3 ways according to our previous experience and useful feedback from some of our customers. The experience effectively reduced the risk for being detained by customs. Most of our customers can make smooth customs clearance and get the goods.
  1. Remove or replace the brand–logo name and other susceptible words  in our commercial invoice and packing list in advance.
  2.  Make two payments like most of our customers. One part is equal to customs invoice value, another part is the rest minus the customs invoice value. In this way, you can provide the transaction proof to get your package when customs doubts the real goods value. For example:  Customer Bruce placed an order valued $650, asking us to mark customs invoice value $100. To avoid customs detaining the package for doubting the real value, Bruce made two payments, one is $100, another is the rest $550. This way greatly removed customs doubts and let them release the package more easily.
  3. Separate the package when the volume or weight is up to 40kg. It is common thing that  big package is easier to catch customs’ eye. In order not to make the package noticeable, it is suggested to send out the package separately and make sure normal customs clearance.
  4. Prepare several address to ship the package when your package was once been detained by custom. 
 In most cases, this suggestion will be workable for you. But for some countries which have strict customs policy, it will be hard to get the goods soon. Some only need to provide commercial invoice and packing list, others may need to charge certain taxes. Even part of them has to seek help from local customs broker to assist the clearance, because this kind of solution is more successful. However, customers should learn and be familiar with the local customs policy in advance and flexibly adopt the customs clearance way. 
Customs Issues
  1. How to solve the problem that goods are detained by customs?
    If the goods are detained in China, we shall be responsible for retrieving and re-delivering it, trying to ensure the smooth clearance;  
    If the goods are detained abroad, customers shall be responsible for handling the customs clearance issues. Meanwhile we will cooperate with customers to provide resource including only the Commercial invoice and Packing list, other information unavailable. More details.

  2. How to solve the failure of customs clearance? 
    Failure of EMS clearance, goods will be forced to return. We will offer 20% shipping costs for redelivery. (The final charges offered by us will not exceed 15% of goods cos)Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will arrange to redeliver the goods (shipping cost on the expense of customer);
    Failure of DHL, UPS, maritime and air clearance, we will not accept the return of the parcel. But we offer 15% goods cost as compensation. If customers insisit to send them back, the freight and the relevant expenses will be paid by the customer, Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will arrange to redeliver the goods (shipping cost on the expense of customer);
Suggestion: We recommend that customers contact local customs brokers to assist the clearance, because the customs clearance agent generally has the ability to solve the customs issue. If customers are willing to remake an order after customs failure, we will offer the most preferential price to customers to make a deal.
