How to pay

HANG SENG BANK Transfer

1.Keep the following Payment Informatoin.  
Please contact with your assistant for bank information.

2.Go to any branch of the designated bank and transfer the money to the designated account above.
Note: For this payment method, 3CPLAN only accepts your local currency.
Please make sure to leave the payment reference code when making the payment. Otherwise, your payment confirmation may fail
or be delayed.Customers are responsible for banking fee and any intermediary banking fee.




Western Union/ Moneygram
1. Keep the following Payment Information.

Note: 
1. You will be responsible for all Western Union handling fees. Therefore,please confirm the total payment amount with the
local Western Union before you transfer the money. 
2. If you are in US, you are strongly advised to pay through Checking Account. Paying with checking account will save you
in charges associated with Western Union. 
Note: Please make sure to leave the Order#: in the remark section.
 
2. Make the payment
Go to a Western Union/ Moneygram and transfer the money to the designated address above. The money will arrive at the address 
very soon, in 10 minutes. Be sure to provide the Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and Sender’s information to your assistant
when making the payment. Otherwise, your payment confirmation may fail or be delayed.



 
To Creat an easy way to make the payment for you, the PayPal method is opened. You can make the payment by PayPal order total amount less than $1000.
 
There are two situations for your reference:
1, if your total amount ( including Paypal heading fee ) is less than $1000, you can make the payment by PayPal successfully.
2, If your total amount ( including Paypal heading fee) is more than $1000, we do not suggest make the payment via PayPal.
