Return & Refund


  Warranty Validation Process:

  1. Confirmation of the order date: 
    Dear customer had better to inform us within one month after receiving the goods. 
  2. Analysis of the damage reason:
    1): Non-human factors are included in coverage: quality problems or damage in transit.  
    2): Human factors are excluded from coverage: improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect,            such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product. 
  3. Proof of photos and videos:
    All our products will have a strict inspection and pass QC test before export . Please send us the pictures or videos to show the defect. 
  4. Choice of reasonable warranty scheme:
    Please check the following warranty schemes for details.

Warranty Objects and Length
In principle, 3CPLAN will warrant the product according to goods types & qualities. For example lcd, touch digitizer, Genuine for 1 year, OEM & AAA Grades for 6 months,
HC AA for 3 months , 2 months for B grades & R grades from the date of shipment no matter the product was installed or not .If the defective rate is higher than 5% ,or if
the defective quantity is large, please contact with your sales assistant for special solution.
All defective products excluding the product which are not in
warranty range, are sharing the return policy as below:


But the bellowing condition is out of warranty range.
1, Product is not from us, without 3C stamp.
2, Product is without warranty or out of warranty range.
Any artificial (human) damages.

Terms of Return Policy
0 - 30 Days
Full refund or exchange excluding shipping cost. 
We will share return shipping cost with customers ( Please contact with your sale assistant to confirm that ). If refund, the money will be used as coupon in future orders.
31 - 60 Days
Refund or exchange excluding shipping cost. 
The refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 20% additional processing fee. Refund amount will be given as a coupon to be used in future orders.
>90 Days
No refund but exchange
No refunds will be given after ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. Customer needs to pay for shipping cost & the difference of the current selling price and original selling price for an exchange and plus 25% additional processing fee.

Terms of Return Policy
Redelivery of small-quantity
OEM, Original New, Pulled, Refurbished
Due to the non-human quality problem or damage in transit, items involving small quantity or low-value can apply for free replacement or equivalent in the next order.
      Partial Compensation
OEM, Original New, Pulled, Refurbished
Due to the non-human quality problem or damage in transit and considering high cost of replacement, we choose to reduce the loss to the least. That is to say, compensation at a certain percentage of the selling price at the time.
1)       OEM product: compensate 20% of the selling price
2)       Original refurbished: compensate 25% of the selling price
3)       Original pulled: compensate 25% of the selling price
4)       Original new: compensate 30% of the selling price
Note: For “partial compensation” scheme, Feedback from customer must be in the period of validity. Otherwise we are not able to accept compensation. The valid date depends on the order value.
1)       Below $1000, valid date is within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
2)       Between $1000 and $3000, valid date is within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
3)       Above $3000, valid date is within 21 days from the receipt of goods.

Return products
Only OEM Products
Due to the non-human quality problem or damage in transit, returned products (only applied to OEM products) must be in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition.
1)       Defective product will be replaced with the same item or equivalent in the next order. Generally we do not deliver the replacement separately. The replacement freight at customer’s cost.
2)       Due to our neglect of sending wrong goods, we will return the goods after customers reflect the problem within one week; (return freight at our cost, but if the freight is high, we need negotiate with you and afford part shipping cost.)
3)       Due to customer’s neglect of ordering wrong goods ; ( return freight at customer’s cost , and we need to charge 20% of operating cost)

When customer make return.
•All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged.
•All item(s) being returned without the "3C" stamp will be denied.
 Please make a detailed list to show the problem of each return. Thus can help our QC team re-test and check out the issues which customers listed more easily .
Many item(s) have a warranty of different period time: 12 months, some of them 6 months, others 3 months from the original purchase date.
returns will be denied if the product is over the warranty period.

These policies are subject to change at any time and without notice. 
 How to Apply Return & Refund?
1. Please prepare the proofs of the items with problems, like photos or video. And fill in After-sale Feedback form. Click hereto download. Send them to your assistant. 
2. 3CPLAN assistants will deal with the issues within one working day and offer the best solution within 3 working days. 
3. Refund will be added in the Credit Balance of your 3CPLAN account within 3 working days.
